12 Weeks Parenting Assessment
This is our standard package of assessment which are usually set out at the planning stage:
- 2 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 10 weeks recommendation
- 12 weeks conclusion
Perinatal Support
Perinatal Support: Supporting parents during pregnancy and early parenthood for healthy outcomes.
- Emotional and mental health support for expectant and new parents.
- Guidance on infant care, feeding, and bonding.
- Assistance with managing pregnancy-related challenges.
- Access to resources for physical health and prenatal care.
- Parenting education and skill-building.
- Support networks for fostering community and reducing isolation.
- VIG uses video to improve communication and relationships through positive feedback.
Community Assessments
These vary in timescales depending on the instruction. We provide community assessments all over the UK and when required overseas. Community assessments generally include observations of contacts, home visits and focused sessions with regular reviews and final or prognosis reports.

ParentAssess is a specialist framework designed to assess parents with a learning disability or additional issues such as mental health, trauma, exploitation, domestic abuse, alcohol or drug misuse and offending.
